We have an opportunity for two new roles at Swindon City of Sanctuary!
We are looking for a new Chair of Trustees to join Swindon City of Sanctuary.
As we say goodbye to our incredible Chair of Trustees Ben, we are looking for a new Chair of Trustees to help continue to develop the charity, bring new ideas and help us grow.
We are also looking for new Trustees – we welcome those who may never have been a Trustee but are interested in making a difference in our community.
We are looking for individuals who shares our passion for the fair treatment of people seeking sanctuary within Swindon and will support our aim of the education of the town’s population on the rights of those seeking sanctuary here. Those interested should share our values of diversity, inclusion and welcome and champion and promote these within our community. These roles are an opportunity to make real, positive change within Swindon.
We welcome applications from all, particularly those with experience of migration or seeking sanctuary. It is important to us that our Board of Trustee’s reflects Swindon’s diverse community.
